I Wish I Was Invisible On My Birthday.......

       Nobody has the power to stop the passing of time. Consequentially, nobody has the power as well to prevent us from getting old. Last February seven was the culmination of a year that has been added to my existence, and the start of another that will hopefully culminate on the same date next year. My age? Please don’t bother in figuring it out since it won’t earn you a single centavo. Next question please.

Will You Vote For Them?

Do/Did they deserve our votes?

       Admit it or not, we all have this rabid aversion to celebrities who are running for public office (including those who have been elected already). Initially, I was sturdily against their idea of making themselves a holder of either a local or national post. A lot of questions streamed into my mind then. Are they qualified? What can they contribute to our country? Are they in their right frame of mind? Can they speak in English?

WORK ON A SATURDAY.....

        I love reporting to work on a Saturday. Though such day is not part of my work schedule, there are instances wherein I have to work on an extra day most especially during the enrollment period, if there are deadlines to meet, upcoming accreditations, and other tasks that have to be accomplished. 

    Going to office on a Saturday relaxes me to some extent. I don’t have to wake up early, there is no traffic, and the ambiance in my office is somewhat peaceful.  I only have one staff member around which means that only one window is open (window 3). In other words, my office is not that busy on a Saturday, which allows me to concentrate on my work for that day. A peaceful and quiet surrounding can invigorate your mind and spirit in the middle of your work. Believe me.
